We have implemented our COVID-19 contingency plan, which means that the majority of SI’s staff are ensuring service continuity by working from home rather than from SI’s headquarters. SI’s internal systems allow staff to seamlessly communicate with each other and our customers.
SI is committed to ensuring that, when it comes to looking after our customers, it’s business as usual. Whether your business is based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, USA or Canada, we’re here to support you with our food ERP and MES software. If you are encountering any difficulty in accessing support, please escalate this through your usual escalation path.
