Through real-time monitoring and data capture, our software can manage and add value to every one of your processes.

Our unique research findings could to help you decide what to store and what to sell

Our commitment to the cheese industry extends beyond specialist software development. Over the past 2 years Systems Integration has undertaken unique research in collaboration with the food sciences department at the University of Nottingham and South Caernarfon Creameries, funded by Innovate UK, for the benefit of the whole cheese industry.

The project has been studying mature cheese in minute detail, to find out exactly what parameters indicating cheese maturation and cutability could be measured and now they might be influenced by the cheese make process.

If you’d like to find out more about the project, contact John Graham or watch our video.
