Award-winning Farmison & Co online butcher to partner with SI for end-to-end food software integration
Multi award-winning butcher Farmison & Co has selected leading food ERP software specialist SI (Systems Integration) to streamline its processes through full integration of its operations.
Farmison & Co has seen significant growth since 2016 and is now in a position where there is a need for software to streamline processes within its operations.

Streamlining processes to provide “one version of the truth”

End-to-end digital control
As part of the integration process, SI will be implementing its modular food software to provide digital control from raw material intake, line production and through to stock management, despatch for customer fulfilment on orders. In addition, SI’s unique catering touchscreens will provide real-time order details and specifications direct to Farmison & Co’s master butchers, once the system is live.
Talking about the new SI solution, SI Sales Manager, Phil Linton said: “Once complete, Farmison & Co will have upgraded their previous disparate systems with a single platform that will track the entire end-to-end process. Furthermore, Farmison & Co’s master butchers will have the confidence that, through SI’s catering butchery touchscreens, they will always be working to up to the minute order details and specifications whenever they are cutting meat.
“Not only that, the team will be able to interrogate data at any time to improve forecasting, enabling them to meet the push and pull of optimal stock management v sales and spikes in demand. We will even be integrating our food ERP with their accounts system and bespoke e-commerce platform.”
