Falfish, the specialist seafood processor, invests in Integreater®
Falfish, the independent Cornish seafood processor, continuously strive for improvements across every aspect of its operation through investing in technology, sustainability, innovation and staff training.
As part of this investment, the company has chosen Integreater from SI (Systems Integration) to be implemented at its state-of-the-art facilities at Redruth.
“Falfish supplies over 40 different species of fish and shellfish to customers across Europe. In order to keep produce fresh and maximise shelf life, it has to be processed within a very short time frame. We believe that Integreater will enable us to meet these challenges, ensuring that we fulfil customer requirements to the highest possible standard.” explained Mark Greet, Falfish’s Managing Director.
Falfish specialises in supplying UK and European retailers and leading seafood businesses with a wide range of over 50, quality, responsibly sourced, fresh and frozen fish and shellfish species. At its facilities in Redruth it has an annual processing capacity of 18,000 tonnes. The company is committed to quality and sustainability; it demonstrates this commitment through technical excellence and investment in fisheries research and accreditation.
“We believe that Integreater® will enable us to meet our challenges, ensuring that we fulfil customer requirements to the highest possible standard.”
