The account data may include your name and email address. The source of the account data is you or your employer. The account data may be processed for the purposes of providing our support services ensuring the security of our support services maintaining backups of our databases and communicating with you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our business and the performance of a contract between your company and Systems Integration (Trading) Ltd and/ or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.

How Long We Keep Personal Data

Personal data may be stored by the website for a period of up to 90 days after which time it is removed automatically. Where you have entered into a contract with us a different retention period may apply and you will be notified of this prior to entering into the contract.

Transfer of Personal Data

From time to time we may pass personal data such as your name and email address to other services that we use to send out newsletters and other communications (both electronic and print).

Systems Integration (Trading) Ltd may disclose your personal data to any member of our group of companies( i.e. subsidiaries holding company and all its subsidiaries insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes and on the legal basis set out in this policy.

Systems Integration (Trading) Ltd may disclose your personal data to our professional advisers in so far as is reasonably necessary for the purposes of managing risks obtaining professional advice or the establishment exercise or defence of legal claims whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out of court procedure

However, your personal data will never be sold or transferred to an organisation outside the UK or the EU.

Marketing Activity

Marketing activity is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Systems Integration (Trading) Ltd will send out marketing emails on a business to business basis. Email addresses used are held in ‘PipeDrive’ which is a secure cloud-based system. This information is updated regularly and revision dates are added to the contact record to show when data was last checked. Data validity is checked every 12 months.

Each time a marketing email is sent the recipient has the option to opt out from any future email lists.

We use Google Analytics to monitor how our website is being used so we can make improvements. Our use of Google Analytics requires us to pass to Google your IP address (but no other information) – Google uses this information to prepare site usage reports for us, but Google may also share this information with other Google services.
