Create call lists for each of your food service telesales team member, or even a call list for a telesales group, with our CRM module.
Creating your call lists is easy. Simply double-click on the chosen time slot and pick the customer for the call. You can also add further detail, such as when last call occurred or scheduling frequency.
Food service telesales call lists can be viewed in several ways, such as by:
- Day, with the times when calls need to be made.
- Weekly view that shows all scheduled call.
- Work week (excluding weekends).
- Daily agenda showing, by telesales rep, all the calls that need to be made.
SI’s Sales Order Processing CRM, can be configured for any frequency of call, whether daily, weekly monthly or even annually.
Whenever a telesales rep needs to action a call, simply double-click on the call list item, and All existing customer orders will be displayed. Then, edited any detail by highlighting the order. And if the customer wants to place a new order, click on the “New” button to open the order entry screen.
If your customer is unavailable when calls are made, just select the “call back” option.
Other options that can be configured within SI’s sales order processing CRM include:
- Customer does not want to place an order.
- Customer has placed an order.
- Customer has requested a sales visit.
By select “call back”, the status colour code will change. Again, editing is easy; change the time for the call or the event itself (either for a single or amended for all future events).
SOP CRM alerts also flags up whenever an order is first placed but when a call hasn’t been scheduled. Then, if the customer calls to place an order before the scheduled telesales call, update the scheduled call details to change the action status for that day. Also, food service telesales.
