Develop and deploy digital QA procedures software
With in-built real-time tracking, auto-alerts and non-conformation management, our new Integreater QA Designer app is the ideal way to develop and deploy your digital QA food factory procedures.
SI QA Designer empowers quality management teams to design, test and deploy their own digital QA procedures, forms and workflows, and step up to paperless business compliance.
Integreater QA Designer is part of SI’s new QA application suite. It eliminates paper-based procedures and archives, ensuring bi-directional traceability whilst underpinning immaculate audits.
The QA Designer application is used to create the forms that will be used on the factory floor by quality assurance team members, technicians and operators. From simple checks, tests and inspections, to complex procedures, this user-friendly application has been designed to build forms for use throughout a food processing environment – from intake checks right through to packaging.
With in-built real-time tracking, auto-alerts and non-conformation management SI QA Designer is the ideal way to develop and deploy your food factory QA procedures:
- Capture photographs, voice recordings, temperature, weight checks and much more.
- Set mandatory and optional questions, and select the data input methods that best suit your food factory.
- Automatically raise non-conformances whenever results fall outside of the parameters. For instance, for temperatures, weights or conditions.
- Using our own laboratory sampling application, capture batch samples and log lab test results.
- Trigger external actions to generate SQL procedures, for example if glass is discovered in a glass audit, stock will be automatically put on hold for a full check.
- When changes are applied to procedures and inspection checklists, the SI QA Design Suite maintains details for both the updated information and previous versions.
- Define tolerances for each QA question.
