SI developed Phrase Manager in response to the many legislative requirements, that food manufacturers must comply to, for the inclusion of allergen and nutritional information on labelling.

With SI’s Phrase Manager labelling application, food manufacturers can specify:

By product level, food processors can specify nutrient and allergen information.
Saturated fats, ingredient combinations and protein details.
Label print details, including bold type, italic type, or different typefaces within a whole block of text.

All labelling data is centrally managed, it’s easy to maintain and to update. Data is automatically distributed to OCM touchscreens and printers, within the food factory.

Whenever a label needs to be generated, the label variable data is pulled from Phrase Manager based on the product code and collated for printing.

For food manufacturers with multiple product labels to manage, it’s easy to maintain with Phrase Manager as all details are centrally managed.
